My name is Nqobile, and I am the founder of our Emilam Beads, working alongside my sister, an experienced bead artist based in Durban, South Africa.

Although I am a new beader, my passion for preserving and celebrating our heritage inspired me to begin this journey. After moving to the United Arab Emirates two years ago, I officially registered the business in the UAE with a vision of sharing the beauty of South African beadwork with a global audience.
